In Schiara, inside the paradisiacal Cinque Terre Park, Unesco Heritage, an ancient farmhouse stacked in a civilian house of about 70 square meters, completely rebuilt by expert local masons, with a wonderful view of the sea and the islands.
The farmhouse is made of stone and disposed on two levels, consisting of: a wonderful enjoyable and livable outdoor area on the ground floor where with an independent entrance there is a bedroom or living room area, with a large bathroom with shower and window.
Upstairs, connected with a comfortable internal staircase, we find a large room for use as a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a large and wonderful terrace with splendid sea view, as well as a mezzanine area with double bed and another bathroom.
The car park is a 5-minute walk away, while the sea below (Marine Protected Area) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot going downhill, and in about 20 minutes going up towards the house.
