An old house with terraces and a flat garden located in the small village of San Remigio, in the municipality of Beverino, near the Vara River, which is a five-minute walk from the house.
The house is a portion of a large building with three open sides and features a large flat garden on one side, partly used as a parking lot.
The house is on three levels and is structurally in excellent condition. The roof was completely redone a few years ago.
On the ground floor, there are five rooms used as cellars.
On the first floor: a large terrace, hallway, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and three rooms in need of renovation that could be converted into bedrooms.
On the second floor: a room used as a kitchen and a small guest bathroom, plus five other rooms that can be used as needed.
There is an excellent restaurant and grocery store in the village, but everything you need is just a few minutes' drive away.
The sea is about a 30-minute drive away, allowing you to easily reach Monterosso (Cinque Terre) or Lerici (Golfo dei Poeti).
Pisa Airport is a 50-minute drive away. Genoa Airport is also very convenient (65 minutes).
Important note: the village of San Remigio is located near the La Spezia-Genoa highway.
After my visit in the early afternoon of September 6, 2026 (a sunny day), I can confirm that the noise is truly minimal and not bothersome in the garden and practically non-existent inside the house.
