  • The property enjoys good privacy while being in the context of an ancient village.
  • The outdoor spaces are well livable and with breathtaking views. The terrace is ideal for outdoor dining and is flanked by a beautiful wood-burning oven and connected to the tavern that has the function of a second kitchen. The balcony is accessed from the main kitchen.
  • The garden is flat and fenced. From 21 May 2023 was acquired by other owners also another plot of land bordering and for which the garden available is now almost double the previous one. Surely the new plot of land will accommodate a swimming pool above ground, while we exclude some
  • The basement and ground floor are connected by a spiral staircase. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by a traditional staircase. From the first floor you can access the attic floor through a spiral staircase. The attic is large but has a limited height, more suitable for children. The two spiral staircases are not very comfortable, but sufficiently easy.
  • Leaving the car in the public parking you reach the house on foot after 50 meters of comfortable and flat road of the village.
  • In the village there are no shops, restaurant or bar, but these can be reached in a few minutes by car. The village is "alive" and "inhabited" so that on certain days of the week there are alternated equipped sellers who supply the inhabitants with fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. The bread arrives every day and just a message to book it.
  • The furniture is included in the sale price. It’s good quality and working (not verified, but stated by the owners).
  • The garden is functional and enjoyable.
