This enchanting stretch of coast is located in the central-western area of Sardinia, and it is characterized by many naturalistic, archaeological, cultural and food and wine attractions. This great wealth of environments distinguishes an area where the high cliffs of Capo Mannu alternate with the fine sand dunes of Is Arenas. Here many fantastic beaches arise from limestone erosion, such as s’Arena Scoada, Putzu Idu, sa Mesa Longa, su Pallosu and sa Rocca Tunda, all with golden and very soft sand, which plunges into an infinite blue sea.
DISCOVER THE BEACHES
The beach is a very fragile natural ecosystem. We recommend: not to take away sand, stones or shells, because they are the material the beach is made of; not to trample or tear up the dune vegetation because it is what protects the beach; respect all forms of life because the beach is their home, we are their guests.
