Continuing in the eastern part of the town of Palau, it is possible to find a series of beaches which, thanks to the sinuous conformation of the coast, always offer the possibility of finding some sheltered from the wind. Starting from Baia Saraceno or from the Capo d’Orso beach, this beach takes its name from the famous rock placed on top of the promontory, with the shape of a bear that dominates the valley. You can then get to the Saline and the Contralta beaches, passing by the unmissable inlets of Punta Cardinalino, Cala Capra and Vena Longa; all immersed in unspoiled nature where the Mediterranean scrub releases the best of its colours and scents.
DISCOVER THE BEACHES
The beach is a very fragile natural ecosystem. We recommend: not to take away sand, stones or shells, because they are the material the beach is made of; not to trample or tear up the dune vegetation because it is what protects the beach; respect all forms of life because the beach is their home, we are their guests.
Click on the photos and you will find for each beach: videos, environmental, naturalistic and logistical information.
